Damnnnnnnn son locks up his seat!

Since we didn't hit the Mega-Mil as a group Friday we sat down on Saturday for another battle for each other's cash. We had 12 players for a $1200 pot! Pretty rowdy crowd early on but once we all had our crack at the champ & knocked him out things got serious. With just a few chips left Dennis "Dammmmn-son" Everett fell in a pile of shit & came out smelling like a rose! Thanks to ev1 for coming out Saturday night!

We had a great time on Sunday! Congrats to all the former champions who won a seat to my main event and had their shot at the bracelet. Special thanks to my buddy Chris from hotpokershirts for coming out and showing his support. He donated some extra prizes to raffle and had some very nice tees! Also, congrats to Chris for winning the WPT poker neon raffle!! With huge starting stacks the 11 champs battled it out for over 8 hours! Joey aka 'NObama Joe' was in hot pursuit of the title at the halfway point and never really let up. Congrats to 'NObama Joe' for winning the TOC2! Remember, Obama will want his cut ;) Sorry for the inconvenience but we are canceling both games this week to allow us a chance to get the poker room ready to determine the line up for the TOC3!

Tournament of Champions 2moro 4pm!

With confirmation from 2 players not attending. Raul will sit in for Week 5 as he finished 'ITM'. Also, the commish has just got off the phone with defending champion, Oscar "All-Day" Meza who will be taking Debbie's Week 1 spot. (GL to Debbie's grandson who is playing in an advanced little league world series of baseball against a team from Cuba in Florida!) By doing this we have changed the TOC ruling in that the defending/current champion automatically earns their seat to the next event for a chance to defend his/her bracelet. The next TOC will only have room for 10 players just in case I'm not lucky enough to secure a seat and have to deal. However, if I win a week & have a seat we will go with 11 total players. Plenty of food & drinks will be provided. We will have Gabby's BBQ catered. Thanks to Juan for coming thru! BBQ at 4p. Game starts at 6p. I will have several nice items to raffle off.
